If you have purchased an Octek System / Monitor with
On-Site Warranty (OSW) and are experiencing a problem with hardware, please call
the Octek Helpdesk on Hotline Support. Please have the
following information ready.

Serial number of the system (very important)
, Proof of purchase maybe required.
- Description of the problem you are experiencing
- Any software or hardware installed recently(for
system only).
The Helpdesk will try to troubleshoot the problem with you in an attempt to
solve the problem. If an OSW job is necessary, then an OSW job number will be
issued to you.
